A Midwestern Doctor
The Forgotten Side of Medicine
Someone who calls himself “A Midwestern Doctor” at The Forgotten Side of Medicine has been prolifically pumping out excellent posts of late.
I rarely link to many multiple posts, especially if they are long enough to collectively make up a book, but I must make an exception here for someone making excellent identifications.

These posts are worth passing on to those in your life who have not yet experienced the dark side of modern medicine, or for whom “the system” more generally speaking has always worked — but who have also begun to sense that something is wrong.

Fantastic material this doctor pumps out. In fact, in one of his posts (the baby formula one) he talked about how the growth charts were made for formula fed babies. I’ve written about my health challenges the past month (shingles<mastitis<covid like infection) and my exclusively breast fed baby hasn’t gained any weight. She’s at 45% on the growth chart - I keep reminding myself she is ok and that chart doesn’t mean anything. She’s happy almost all of the time and that says it all. All that said just to say this doctor has brought some peace to my life. :)
Thank you very much for your kind support. I wrote the gaslighting series off the top of my head, because it kept on coming up in discussions I was seeing people have. I think there's a lot of room to improve it, so at some point future once I've received a lot of feedback on it I will… But I thought it was better to write something than indefinitely put the topic off it the hope that it could be done better. I am more familiar than I would like to be with this issue because it has happened to so many friends of mine.
