Sage Hana is not only brilliantly witty, she cuts through weasel behavior better than anybody.

I found your substack looking into cancer info for my sister in law who just passed a couple of days ago. Too late to help her, but you provided valuable info. Then I linked to your suggestions about whom to follow and found some interesting authors. All of this is a roundabout way of saying thanks and keep the recommendations coming!

Sunshine and Dark Humor. The juxtaposition of sitting in bright sunlight while reading dark humor is magical.

Do not read the Good Citizen! He's a scoundrel of the worst order. A deviant manipulator Putin apologist spreading Russian disinformation. I've personally reported him to the DHS high council disinformation board to be added to their lists. All of them.

Rumors that Sage Hana is the Sentient Potan Bot are greatly exaggerated.

That said, Potan would like to thank you Magnificent Monica Hughes.

About doses of good music - I have been living in Wagner's Ring des Nibelungen opera series for the last month. The symbolism is amazing and apt - and it is quite therapeutic to have the whole shebang go up in flames at the end.

Oh yes! Dan Dicks, an indie journo who got beat up by police while covering the Ottawa truck protest against mandates, has been posting wicked troll bait on FB about how happy he is at the demise of Roe vs. Wade. He listed four choices other than abortion that everyone can make: Abstinence, Motherhood, Contraception and Adoption. So, men, being included in 'everyone' can choose motherhood and adoption, and abstinence and contraception will solve the problem of an unwanted baby already conceived. I think I was the only one who laughed, because naturally the responses came, "what about rape/incest?" and Dan said rape is a nothing burger for the woman compared to abortion for the fetus. And so on.

Excellent, thank you. I didn't know all of these authors, but will check them out. Am already a big fan of The Good Citizen.

https://soundcloud.com/bernardprettypurdie Bernard Purdie rules to this day, drums are an instrument when he plays them. I mostly can't take sarcasm these days, dystopian is all around me, silently waiting for eruption. But I am glad that some folks are feeling creative enough to write of it, however they do.
